Accutrak Group brings underground fleet visibility with Trucktrak
Accutrak Group, a mining technology company specialising in
digital production monitoring, will present live software demonstrations of
Trucktrak, its underground load and haul tracking and production monitoring
system for LHDs and dump trucks, on touchscreen displays at its stand.
Trucktrak eliminates operational blind spots underground,
giving mines real-time insight into every LHD and dump truck on site - where it
is, what it's producing, and how it's performing, every minute of every shift.
The system tracks the full load and haul cycle, from loading through tipping,
with validated event detection and continuous production data flowing directly
into a central dashboard suite.
Each vehicle is fitted with a rugged, in-house developed
Trucktrak Data Device (TDD) that handles onboard processing, event validation,
and communications. Where wireless infrastructure isn't available, Trucktrak
automatically forms a vehicle-to-vehicle mesh network, ensuring reliable data
transfer across tunnelling, room and pillar, and portal extraction operations
alike.
Accutrak Group's team will be on hand at the stand to walk
visitors through live software dashboards on touchscreen displays and discuss
deployment across different underground mining methods.
