Accutrak Group to showcase advanced Conveyor Belt Scales
Accutrak's Conveyor Belt Scales deliver live tonnage, flow
rate, and utilisation data straight to the operations platform, giving mines a
continuous, real-time view of material moving across every conveyor on site -
without waiting for end-of-shift reports.
Built on a multi-idler, dual-platform design, the system
continuously cross-validates load cell readings against one another. Should any
individual load cell platform begin to deviate, the system automatically
continues weighing on the remaining platform, ensuring tonnage figures stay
accurate rather than being compromised by a single point of failure.
The system also includes a dedicated diagnostics platform,
giving technicians ongoing visibility into the health of load cells and
sensors, alongside video playback for investigations and calibration
verification - reducing unplanned downtime and manual intervention.
Accutrak Group's team will be on hand at the stand to walk
visitors through a live software demonstration of the Conveyor Belt Scale
platform on touchscreen displays, and to discuss how it integrates with the
company's broader suite of production monitoring solutions.
