Arcflow brings Archer, the AI digital employee for industrial operations, to Electra Mining Africa 2026
Most operational businesses in the mining supply chain run across scattered software, spreadsheets and employee memory. Stock, jobs, cash and capacity live in different places, so nobody can answer a simple question like "which purchase orders are late?" without chasing people. Arcflow engineers fix this by centralising the entire operation, from products and BOMs through procurement, production, warehousing, fulfilment, projects and HR, into one connected system on a single source of truth.
Archer is what that centralisation buys. A digital assistant that works alongside the team with full context of the operation, Archer answers operational questions from live data in seconds, produces figures and reports on demand, keeps dashboards current without manual assembly, drafts operational correspondence for human review, and runs automations across the business, such as drafting a purchase order the moment stock falls below minimum. In practice it replaces the need for separate BI tools, analytics platforms and manual report writing.
'Every operations leader we meet has a question their systems cannot answer. Our engineers build the platform around the way each business actually works, and Archer is the payoff: one team member who can see the whole operation at once.'
Arcflow customers span three continents, including Genergy Solar, Counterpoint and Microcare Solar in South Africa, Fibrestar in the UK and Emberly Logistics in the US. Microcare Solar director Ray Parker credits the system with helping the business "avoid crises before they happen."
Visitors are invited to bring the one operational question nobody at their company can answer and put it to Archer at stand B30 in Hall 5.
