Atexor’s new parent company

Our company’s parent company has changed.

The ownership of Atexor Oy has changed. The new owner is the UK-based Raytec Ltd. Founded in 2005, every Raytec product has been based on LED technology. Raytec designs and manufactures high-performance LED luminaires for hazardous, security, transportation, and heavy-industry environments, with a strong focus on delivering world-class products to customers around the globe. Raytec is part of the OPTEX Group, a publicly listed Japanese company founded in 1979.

The Atexor team sees joining the Raytec / OPTEX Group as an opportunity for growth and a stronger position in the continuously developing special lighting market. Atexor Oy will continue to operate as an independent company and brand, ensuring continuity for existing customers and partners.
