Conax Machine Solutions - ConX-D200 Robot Demolition Rig
The
Barbet is equipped with a high-frequency hydraulic breaker and features
a robust design built to withstand demanding operating conditions. Engineered
for remote demolition applications, the machine is ideally suited for hazardous
environments.
A
key advantage of the Barbet is its intelligent remote control system,
which provides operators with comprehensive real-time machine information. The
remote display includes hammer speed, operating mode, hydraulic oil
temperature, maintenance intervals, battery status, fault notifications and
digital data logging, enabling proactive maintenance and maximising equipment
uptime.
Safety
remains central to the machine's design. The Barbet incorporates
emergency stops on both sides of the machine and on the remote control, front
and rear outrigger stabilisers, spotlights, area lighting and full remote
operation enhance safe operation.
Powered
by an 18.5 kW electric motor and controlled by a Danfoss micro-controller paired
with a Scanreco RC400 G3B remote control system, the Barbet delivers
dependable hydraulic performance while remaining compact and highly
manoeuvrable.
