Tyrolit drill bits are available for both wet, and dry drilling, and can be operated on either a drill rig, or hand-held.
Since 2014, Grinding Techniques is an important part of the global TYROLIT Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of grinding and dressing tools and a system provider for the construction industry based in Austria.

Featuring a range of diamond application solutions, Tyrolit construction tools are manufactured with TGD Technology – TYROLIT GRAIN DISTRIBUTION. Characterised by a well-thought-out distribution of diamond to supply an even load distribution, optimised cooling system, and a consistent high cutting performance, which in turn increases both longevity and performance.

With a selection of floor saw blades, drill bits, and diamond cup wheels for right angle grinders, application demands ranging from asphalt to concrete can now easily be met.

Tyrolit drill bits are available for both wet, and dry drilling, and can be operated on either a drill rig, or hand-held.

Dry drill bits are ideal for applications where a water-cooling system is not possible or not required. Available in black, they can be clearly distinguished from wet drill bits, which are blue in color.

Wet drill bits are designed for applications where a water-cooling system is necessary or required to prevent overheating and extend the lifetime of the drill bit.

The clear color distinction between black dry drill bits and blue wet drill bits considerably simplifies the selection and handling of the drill bits. Operators can see at a glance, which drill bit is suitable for their particular application, effectively increasing efficiency and safety at work. Suitable for reinforced concrete ranging from low to medium, to highly abrasive – application dependent.

In addition to drill bits, Diamond cup wheels offer quick and accurate grinding of uneven concrete, stone and floor pavement surfaces. Suitable for right angle grinders, they are available in diameters of 100 mm, and 180mm with the perfect balance between longevity and high stock removal rates.

Compatible with common floor saws, Tyrolit floor saw blades offer exceptional and consistent cutting performance coupled with long service life. Application dependent, demands of cutting asphalt, cured concrete and universal building materials can easily be met.

Featuring an innovative diamond segment design, they offer clean cutting edges with noticeably smooth running thanks to the robust high-quality steel core. Blades are available in diameters up to 800mm. For a glimpse of this range, visit us in Hall 6 - Stand G06 - Grinding Techniques
