Johannesburg, South Africa — September 2026 — x-Glo LED Strip Lighting will arrive at Electra Mining Africa 2026 with a strong international event presence behind the brand, having recently connected with mining, tunnelling and industrial markets across multiple global regions.
Taking place from 7–11 September 2026, Electra Mining Africa brings together mining, manufacturing, automation, power and industrial professionals at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec. x-Glo will be exhibiting at Hall 1, Stand A13, where visitors can experience its LED strip lighting solutions for underground mining, tunnelling, oil and gas, coal mining and other demanding industrial environments.
For x-Glo, global exhibitions are more than product showcases. They are opportunities to engage directly with industry leaders, engineers, contractors, distributors and end users who understand the importance of safe, reliable and durable lighting in harsh working environments.
Over the past year, x-Glo and its global network have been represented at a number of major mining and tunnelling events around the world. In Medellín, Colombia, x-Glo’s distributor Vega Mining and Colombian sub-distributor INSE presented x-Glo lighting solutions at MinExpo Colombia 2025, held on 13 and 14 March. The event brought together mining decision-makers, engineers and industry professionals focused on innovation, sustainability and safer mining operations.
In Quito, Ecuador, x-Glo participated in Expominas 2025, held from 9–11 July at the Quito Metropolitan Convention Center. As one of Latin America’s influential mining exhibitions, Expominas provided a platform for x-Glo to showcase its LED lighting solutions to mining companies, engineers, contractors and industry stakeholders across the region.
x-Glo’s North American presence was also strengthened through RETC 2025, the Rapid Excavation and Tunneling Conference, held from 8–11 June in Dallas, Texas. x-Glo North America attended the event, connecting with tunnelling and underground construction professionals from across the region.
The brand’s global event activity has also extended into Central Asia and Europe. x-Glo announced participation in the 30th Central Asian International Mining Exploration & Mining Equipment Exhibition in Kazakhstan from 17–19 September 2025, in partnership with Alpha Safety. The company also highlighted its presence at the Southeastern European Tunnelling Conference in Serbia from 1–3 October 2025, where the focus was on advanced tunnelling lighting solutions for underground infrastructure projects.
Following its activity in Kazakhstan, x-Glo also prepared for a major showcase at IME + ISME 2025 in Kolkata, India, taking place from 30 October to 2 November 2025. The event formed part of x-Glo’s continued expansion into key mining and industrial regions across Asia.
x-Glo exhibited at Stuva Tunneling Show in Hamburg,Germany in November 2025 and then showcased the x-Glo mining range at The Mining Turkey Fair in Istanbul, Turkey in April 2026
In Montreal, Canada, x-Glo attended the ITA World Tunnel Congress 2026, connecting with leaders, innovators and partners from across the global tunnelling and underground infrastructure sector. The company shared that visitors could meet the team at Booth C1207 from 18–21 May 2026.
This growing international event footprint reflects x-Glo’s broader global presence. With installations across 92+ countries and over 500 mines, x-Glo continues to support mining, tunnelling and industrial operations where visibility, safety and long-term reliability are critical.
