Ithayela Refractory Services is a South African manufacturer and provider of silicon carbide (SiC) refractory products, installation services and engineered industrial solutions.
We manufacture and supply SiC tiles and bricks, burner and duct tiles, PF burner sleeves, stoker bricks, fire bricks, crucibles, wear liners, pipe liners, castables and custom-developed refractory components.
Our refractory products and solutions serve the following industrial categories: power generation; mining and mineral processing; industrial kilns and furnaces; smelters and metallurgical plants; cement production; steel processing; wear and protective lining applications and new product development through research and development.
Our services include refractory removal, installation, repairs, maintenance and technical support. We combine local manufacturing, practical site experience and continuous product development to improve heat resistance, wear protection, equipment reliability and service life.
