Specialized Coating Systems is a South African coatings manufacturer with 28 years of production experience — ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. We formulate everything we supply. Our feature at Electra Mining is the AEROMARK® Mine & Survey Marker range — a non-flammable marking aerosol in 360° jet and horizontal jet, spraying in any orientation for high-visibility temporary marking on rock and concrete. Non-flammable chemistry matters where flammable propellants are restricted underground.
Around it sits a full technical aerosol programme from a single manufacturer: cold galvanising and metallic protection, heat-resistant coatings to 650°C, 2K polyurethane and polyaspartic finishes, electrical insulation varnishes, NDT flaw detection, lubricants and anti-spatter, and surface preparation primers and cleaners — with the wands, extension arms and marking machines that make them productive on site.
