Qualifications: Master of Science Degree in Advanced Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy
I am a dedicated Lecturer at Zimbabwe School of Mines with a passion for advancing metallurgical techniques, consistently striving to enhance both process efficiency and product quality in a sustainable manner. One of my major projects include working on the extraction of iron from low-grade ores (goethite) through induction heating, a strategy towards net zero carbon emission. I do hold a Master of Science degree in Advanced Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy, attained at the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) in 2024. Completed a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering in 2020 at UZ. Have one year working experience as Junior Metallurgist in a foundry and do possesses more than four years serving as a Metallurgical Lecturer.
