Electra Mining Africa is open to all professionals working in the mining and industrial market. 

Yes, all visitors are required to register for a free visitor pass before attending. You can register here.

On-site registration will be available, but we recommend registering online in advance to save time and avoid queues.

Attendance is primarily intended for industry professionals. However, students in relevant fields of study may be permitted to attend with prior approval from the organisers.

Student attendance requests should be submitted through an accredited institution, lecturer, or faculty representative. Approved students will be required to register and may be asked to present valid student identification on arrival.

Yes, the event is free to attend and your ticket gives you access to all the co-located events. You can find more details here

When you pre-register you'll receive a confirmation email to print-off your badge. We'll also be mailing your badge closer to the event. If you forget your badge at home or forget to print it, you'll be able to collect your badge from our registration kiosks onsite.

Yes, there is parking around the JHB Expo Centre. Parking is R30 per car.

Yes, the Johannesburg Expo Centre is designed to accommodate visitors with mobility requirements, including accessible entrances and facilities throughout the venue.

Designated accessible parking areas are available on-site. We recommend arriving early and notifying staff on arrival if you require assistance. Please contact info@electramining.co.za for assistance. 

Yes, visitors are welcome to use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids throughout the venue. The exhibition halls are designed to allow for ease of movement.

Event staff and information points will be available throughout the venue to assist visitors. If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting the organisers in advance.

No, there is no free wifi at JHB Expo Centre. 

There are a variety of restaurants serving snacks, meal and refreshments within the venue. 

Yes, visa invitation letters can be issued to registered attendees where required for visa applications.

To request a letter, please complete your event registration first and then contact the organisers with your request and supporting details.

You may be asked to provide:

  • A copy of your passport
  • Your completed event registration details
  • Your company or organisation information

All requests are subject to approval by the organisers.
