We recognise that accessibility needs vary, and we aim to ensure that all attendees can participate with dignity, comfort and independence.                                  

 

Accessibility & Support at EMA

Electra Mining Africa is hosted at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec, a venue that is fully accessible and designed to accommodate visitors with disabilities.

To further support accessibility and inclusion, the following provisions are available:

  • Wheelchairs are available upon request.
    Please indicate your requirements during event registration.

  • Dedicated accessible parking bays are available and clearly marked.

  • Ramps and step-free access are available throughout the venue.

  • A dedicated prayer room is available on-site for attendees who require a quiet space for prayer or reflection.

  • Assistance on request, including:

    • Wayfinding and navigation support

    • Help locating facilities and services

  • Clear signage is displayed throughout the venue to support ease of movement.

  • Event staff are available to assist visitors with disabilities and have received informal guidance on providing respectful, practical support.

 

Additional Assistance & Special Requests

We encourage attendees with specific accessibility requirements or medical needs to contact us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
